Otis Fantauzzo has been doing this for twenty years — most of them off the beaten path.
He started out working in London and Milan before bringing that training home, and has run his own salons across Fitzroy, Northcote and Richmond since 1999. These days there's one address, one chair, and a client list that mostly arrived by referral.
